Accordingly, all coaches are required to log in and complete the certification annually to purchase their business renewal.

Coaches are required to meet a passing score of 80% or higher to receive their [New Brand X] Certification.
You will need to complete and pass the [New Brand X] Coach Certification every 365 days in order to purchase your business renewal.
We understand that independent certified [New Brand X] coaches are proud to display this accomplishment, however, [New Brand X] must make sure that all references to the [New Brand X] Certification are accurate and compliant. Coaches who have completed and passed the required [New Brand X] Coach Certification may display this achievement on their social media or business materials, only in the following way:
“[Coach Name], independent Certified [New Brand X] Coach”
Please also note that the [New Brand X] Coach Certification is not a “health coach” certification program. There are numerous programs (accredited and unaccredited) that offer to train individuals to become a “Certified Health Coach”, however, [New Brand X]’s Coach Certification is not an accredited “Health Coach” certification.
